3. Purpose and legal basis of Personal Data processing

The Register serves as the repository of all information related to Suomen Teollisuussijoitus Oy’s customers as well as to the individuals that have subscribed to Suomen Teollisuussijoitus Oy’’s newsletter through the www.tesi.fi website or who have submitted a contact request through the same site’s contact form.

The Data Subjects provide most of the Personal Data themselves.

5. Release of information

The data included in the Customer Register is only available to Suomen Teollisuussijoitus Oy, except in cases where Suomen Teollisuussijoitus Oy uses an external service provider for creating and maintaining an additional service.   3. As far as the Personal Data processing is based on the Data Subject’s consent, the Data Subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time without that action impacting the legal basis of the data processing that was executed before the consent was withdrawn.
  4. Submit a complaint about the data processing to the relevant authority.

The customer reserves the right to refuse that their data be used for direct marketing and market research.
